Yes, we reward our customers with 10 SAR worth of Udrive credits every time they refuel a car.
Customers are not eligible for a 10 SAR credit in the following cases:-
- Re-fuelling per minute car which after 3 hours of usage
- Re-fuelling the car if the fuel tank is above 40%
- Not re-fuelling the fuel tank above 95% or to the max capacity.
- Refuelling outside the city or in any unauthorized petrol station.
*10 SAR compensation will only be added as credits, this cannot be exchanged for cash.
هل أحصل على تعويض إذا زودت السيارة بالوقود؟
نعم، نحن نكافئ عملائنا بقيمة 10 ريالات سعودية أرصدة Udrive في كل مرة يزودون فيها السيارة بالوقود.
لا يحق للعملاء الحصول على رصيد بقيمة 10 ريالات سعودية في الحالات التالية: -
• إعادة التزود بالوقود في السيارات المستأجرة بنظام الدقيقة بعد 3 ساعات من الاستخدام.
• إعادة تزويد السيارة بالوقود إذا كان خزان الوقود أعلى من 40٪.
• عدم إعادة تزويد خزان الوقود بالوقود فوق 95٪ أو إلى أقصى سعته.
• التزود بالوقود خارج المدينة أو في أي محطة وقود غير مصرح بها.
* سيتم إضافة تعويض بقيمة 10 ريال سعودي كأرصدة فقط، ولا يمكن استبدالها نقداً.
